Hello Everyone,

Thought I would make my first post of WIP for the first cross stitch I have ever done in my life!
Bit delayed in posting these pics. Will be starting on another pattern soonwhich I have designed myself (will upload to the patterns forum for all)
It's got Jiji (from Studio Ghibli Kiki's Delivery Service) in it plus some Mario stars and a rainbow! I kind of proud of it actually.
Here's a pic of it (I'll upload the .sth onto the other patterns forum in a bit)

And here is my WIP! Started the project in August and now just have the backstitching and beads to complete.

Thank you very much! Took me ages to get the rainbow looking remotely decent! Will post WIP for that when I get around to starting it

All done! Phew! Took a while but got there in the end

Oh, it's lovely. The backstitching really pulls everything together. And the colors are so vibrant! I've seen too many traditional patterns that use all sorts of different colors but look washed-out in the end. Yours is not one of them. :)

I love it!! I have sooo many fairy patterns sitting in my drawer that I never have time to do! It's good to see one done, even if I didn't do it!
