So, chalk it up to finding both a used spirograph and some circular plastic canvas pieces on the same day at my local scrap exchange, but I've been using embroidery floss to make wearable spirograph necklaces:

Please ignore the salsa stain - I should wear a bib when I eat.

But, I thought I'd share. It's a simple project that you can whip up in a night - just buy some canvas circles, cut out the middle rings, pick your favorite floss colors, and go crazy!

Thank you all. I'll try to put together a tutorial this weekend. It's not difficult, but explaining it in text is giving me fits, so I'll do a proper one with pictures and everything.
