I'm sure like many people here I am working on gettng all my X-mas presents finished up in time to send out for christmas, but I keep getting behind due to work and/or procrastination. SO I decided I will put up what I have so far and use this forum to hold me accountable.
Here is the list of the things I have to finish making:
2 leather back books (I'm about half way done with them, theres just no pics)
1 motorcycle photo album (Again half way done, just no pics yet)
1 car photo album, complete with pictures of all my grandpas cars dating back to 1937. I have a pic of that one! I just have to make labels and put them with the picture.
1 Holiday themed embroidered thingy, which still has a long way to go. I think I've spent about 2 hours embroidering so far, then I ran out of thread
COMPLETED
I know its not much, but I have gotten all the bookmarks I need done (a total of 5)! This was completed first because I wanted to learn how to make bobbin lace and I got a cool little book of beginner bookmarks

The car album is a fantastic idea, I'm impressed you have all the photos. The embroidery looks great, as do the bookmarks. I've been meaning to try embroidery, and I'm now contemplating lacemaking.

Luckily my grandma kept all the photos and almost all of them had the type and year of the car, some even had how much he paid for them, or a little story! If it wasn't for her help I wouldn't have been able to create the album.
If you ever do decide to try lacemaking the book "Beginner's Guide to Bobbin Lace" by Gillian Dye is awesome!

I actually got a lot completed over the weekend! Between Saturday and Sunday I spent about 22 hours working on all of these.
So here is the update:
2 leather back books - ready to be sent to SF for hot stamping then once I get them back I just have to attach the case.
1 motorcycle photo album- DONE!!!!!!
1 Holiday themed embroidered thingy- 1/2 way there!
1 car album - I haven't touched it since last time, but I will be making a run to Kinkos today to get all the final stuff printed.
Lace Bookmarks - I just realized that I need to make 2 more.

Luckily I got new bobbins this past weekend so I can try them out!

The embroidery looks amazing, it all does actually.
I don't have the patience for any of these crafts you posted, so I'm a bit envious of your talents, but amazing work!
