It's looking amazing! Getting the whole outline done will really help when you go to fill in the inside. Good job!

And thankyou! I've gotten a bit further than this, but am still on the outlining. Sooo close to the lining being done though!

in my experience when i do the outline i usually mess up somewhere and end up throwing off my whole picture. Would love to have that pattern back up too.

Oh yeah, I forgot I was going to re-up the pattern, LOL!
I actually have stuffed up the pattern by one stitch. That threw out the entirety of the left half of the scales of the fish. Hideable, but I know it's there, and I was quite a way along when I realized what I'd done... so I hid it. My brother will never know, and it still looks fine, so that's a relief!

yeah i do that all the time. no one else can see it but it drives me crazy so if its somewhere where i can just unstitch that part ill do it, otherwise i take everything apart and redo it from the messed up part. or i quit and move on lol im just too particular about the stuff i do.

Progress!
I've taken it out of the hoop now I've done with the outlining - I go so much faster without it, but at least with the hoop I make less mistakes, because I stitch slower, if that makes any sense.
I'm off to bed now anyway - I'll try to finish the water and the spray tomorrow, I think.
