First attempt at stitching on felt (and other bits)

Is the Cross Stitcher Handmade Cards book good? I've seen it in the newsagents, but it was all covered so I couldn't have a flick through. :/

I like it as it has patterns for every occasion really. It's also got some good patterns for men and I always struggle when stitching for my Dad's/dad-in-law's birthdays or Father's Day.

I've just bought the Celebrations one! I haven't had much time to look through it yet but it looks pretty good. Perhaps not as many designs that I am likely to do but again some handy ones for those tricky times where you can't think what to stitch for somebody

Those booties are so cute! I wish I knew someone with a baby so I could attempt making them without looking weird!
