I based this embroidery on the book by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, but I modified it for my family and I embellished it with the "fancy carpet" and the framed pea pod. The fringe on the carpet is turkey work.

I'm on an embroidery kick of late, and I just finished this, so I thought I'd share it with everybody.
I based this embroidery on the book by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, but I modified it for my family and I embellished it with the "fancy carpet" and the framed pea pod. The fringe on the carpet is turkey work.
