About non game pieces

I'm new here and plan to post sprite Needlecrafts once I finish this one project I'm working on. But I was wondering, can we post home made animal Needlearts on here? I've been doing this one rat Picture in cross stitch but with thick thread. And want to try and document it. It's pretty big and I'd like some insight as I go about it. Some of the colors I couldn't afford so I'm making my own 12 bit version from the original pattern I created from a googled ref picture of rats.

Oh and don't mind the black marks, that's how I marked where I was.. They where light pink in the ear. and magenta on the rim.





P.S.
In addition to that question. Can we post the graphs of patterns we aren't working on. But made for others to try of non-game Needlecrafts here as well?

As far as I can tell, you are always welcome to post your projects here, especially in the 'non video game projects' section. I know a lot of crafters here like to branch outside of video gaming as well. This is about as friendly and helpful a forum as you could find!

And I noticed, after posting this I looked through other posts by members on here, and you guys a really really friendly.. I might be here more then another cross stitch site I'm currently in because of that.. They tend to be all " No you can't deviate from the graph" Or " changing the color is going against what the creator wanted" and I'm all ( I thought cross stitch was to be fun and you can do what you feel is better for the picture your creating) And I got a warning flag for it O_O;.

You'll find that we're not like that here (also the reason I stick with this forum more than any other I've ever joined!) and there's always somebody willing to help you out with whatever you need help with! And of course, as YeahYeah says, some of our members do post non-game stuff, so you are always welcome to post whatever projects you're working on.
Deviate as much as you like, and have fun while you're doing it!

Thanks blackmage, I looked at all the crochet crafts you guys are doing also. And my god I'm soooooo exited 8D, you guys are awesome. And always explore. Some of the stuff I see here I've never seen anywhere else, and it looks amazing <3. Especially the yoshi rugs and blankets, and that chocobo rug! But I also loved the Beadery of big boo and mario. Along with that very detailed link Stitch challenge. So many crafts so li'l time lol!
