Mickey Mouse head 3D coin Bank

I am wondering if anyone knows where i can find the pattern for a Micky mouse head 3D cross stitch coin bank. I am looking all over the internet and can't find anything anywhere. PLEASE!!!! If you can help me out, let me know

Is this a project you've seen before? I'm also a bit confused on the description you gave. Is the Mickey head "3-D" like a sculpture or action figure head, or do you mean the bank is a cube, like a box, with Mickey's head on the sides of it? I can picture it if it's a box, but I can't quite wrap my mind around how you'd make his head like a sculpture.
