I FINALLY learned to knit recently after a million years and I've been practicing a bunch and I think I'm ready!
So I was wondering if you guys have any really easy projects I could try?
I was thinking of just knitting squares of colors and sew them together to make a wall hanging of a sprite.
But I'd love ideas!

I love this question but I think you might want to repost it as you totally got spammed!!!!
I'd say start from the beginning again. When I started crochet I made little squares and put them together to make Mario. I did them as 10 single crochets across and made them square and it came out quite big (up to my little boys neck - he's 3). Any simple pixelated character will work well for this project.
Just remembered that someone posted a mushroom design in the patterns sections that will make a perfect blanket project.
I can't remember who posted this design or where it is in the forum (I looked and couldn't find), but this would look great I think.
Kudos goes to the pattern maker.

Sounds cool! Just be careful with tensioning and take your time when sewing things together, otherwise you'll regret it later.

I agree. That's how I made my stuff. Eventually you will be able to make pieces instead of squares for less sewing. Sew neatly and slowly... and if ends curl or something's too tight or loose, steam iron with a towel over it, and it should cooperate.
