It's been awhile since I posted here, also awhile since I finished a piece. I've been focusing on setting up my own on-line shop. I just opened it today. Y'all can check it out here:http://robinsdesign.net/

Just finished the cross stitch part of this one this morning. It is now sitting on my cutting table with the edges drying. Hopefully tomorrow I can start turning it into a sphere.

That looks so cool! What count of fabric is it?
I can't get over how quickly you must stitch. I think the stitching alone would take me a year!

I used 14 count aida.

OK, I finished the northern hemisphere and think maybe I should try to sell this as a couture hat to Sia or Lady Gaga.

I finally finished it! I'm really happy with the end result. It is 8 1/2" tall and 28" in circumference, or about the size of a soccer ball. I filled it with fiberfill and yes, I did stitch all of the blue. I know, I'm nuts.
