I haven't posted in a while (just lurking these days) but...
It just occurred to me that you guys would probably appreciate these. I made the patterns myself after I couldn't find any that I liked. I managed to find two pictures that I liked though...
Spoiler
The patterns need some tweaking (a few places were difficult to cut out and could do with some reinforcing) but if anyone wants them I'm happy to share.
Wow, awesome !!!
I regret I didn't made any pumpkin this year ; my son was with his father for Halloween... (he's in alternating custody... we're a blended family)

You can totally do a triforce with your triangle skills!
I did pretty basic jack-os this year. A silly face, a mummy, a cat and BOO. Not Boo, but B-O-O lol I was battling the cold that is going around up here.
We also did not get a single solitary trick-or-treater so I guess it all worked out in the end.. No effort wasted?
I freehand-carved a pretty decent stencil-style Metroid the day before my bronchitis really hit. I didn't manage to get a picture at all, or even put it out on the stoop with a candle. At least I know that I can do it now.
Does anyone have any tips for "shading"? seedbeads, both of yours were excellent with all the scraped-away-but-not-cut-through spots, and I'm envious.
