Wooden Coin Block
It's lots of fun doing new types of projects, and this was on of my first goes at working with wood. I used MDF for this project. Didn't turn out too bad. Painting it was the worst part ;p I really don't want to paint any other side after painting that one. I just throw spare change and whatnot into it. I still haven't decided if I'm gonna add a border around it or not (it has a top also, but it's not here). And you can see some of my perler beads in the BG.. My cats knocked over my container for them.... so devastating since they were all mixed up.
Got the idea from http://blog.kanojo.de/2011/01/05/geek-ish-tissueboxes/

Re: Wooden Coin Block
Looks great! Love the idea of throwing spare change in it.

I think so, Brain, but can the gummi worms really live in peace with the marshmallow chicks?
I think so, Brain, but if they called them "sad meals" nobody would buy them.
