Wow! That's freakin awesome! I was just planning on doing some cross-stitch mario on a guitar strap for my husband, but now I'm totally inspired to try this! I might have to wait until he gets a new bass cab though, because I somehow doubt he'll let me do that to his Mesa Boogie or his JBLs. Thanks for the inspiration!

Haha, someone happened to update today...

Your craft inspired me when I first read this thread, and here's what I just finished today (it's not *really* finished, because I gotta do a whole lotta touchups... But I'm quite impressed with how it shows up on film!):
