I think my beads cost me 5/penny so for every 1000 beads, it costs $2.Unorez wrote:This has been kinda bugging me lately and maybe you could answer my question: about how much do you have to spend on beads for each of these larger projects? (if you don't mind answering that is ^^) My zero came up to be around like thirty dollars in different beads. Also, is there like some kinda "Beads R' Us" that veterans like you go to for large amounts of beads wholesale or what...cuz the Micheals around my house only has a very limited selection of beads. Hope to hear back from you soon Teacher!
The best person to buy beads from online is callahan13 on ebay. But you can save a little money and buy directly from her. Just shoot Michelle an email at gmrcdbaker13@bellsouth.net. She's super helpful and gives the best service at great prices.
About the sprite, lots of people ask about where to get it. haha. Definitely check out the Card Gallery. I'll even post the 4 large pics since I'm so nice.

I love that mixed media piece, a little background makes the project look so much more complete. my least favorite part of bead work is that it looks half finished without some sort of framing or background, you've totally fixed that. great work.

Thanks, you two! Any of the bigger projects that I do I feel the need to frame them somehow or glue them to a painted canvas.
