i bought everything off of ebay, just put perler in your search and you will come up with around 3 big sellers

That is a lot of stuff and that would be plenty to keep you busy. Ebay is probably the best place to go to get stuff you need especially if you are overseas and stuck in Iraq.

Here is my first finished project, i found the image from google somewhere and fixed it up in PC stitch

You did some really good work for your first project. Something small is good to start out with. I was in hobby lobby store looking at the beads they had in there.

In all honesty, that wasnt really my "first" project....I started this one first, but wanted to practice my ironing skills on something small so i didnt ruin this sucker.

They look really good. Just a thought, Your going to have more stuff going back home than you went there with. Kinda like when you go on holiday (I mean buying gifts and stuff). Or are you shipping them home when you've done them?

Yeah the ironing can take a little practice. Especially on big projects. You'll get it though.
