Re: DMC color guide
INCREDIBLE!
I'm new at cross stitching and I hate the way websites organise the colors!
I thought the best thing was to organise them by number, but when I didn't find any place like that I started wondering if I was wrong
But now I see a lot of people think the way I do!!
Thank you sooo much!!

Re: DMC color guide
As someone who does own all the DMC colors AND stores them numerically these charts are very helpful :-D Thanks for sharing them! Some of the mapped colors in PCStitch leave a lot to be desired.

Re: DMC color guide
Aw, you own all the colors? I'm jealous. I hope to own every color eventually. I must be getting close, but I'm not as organized as you are.kuja.girl wrote:As someone who does own all the DMC colors AND stores them numerically these charts are very helpful :-D Thanks for sharing them! Re: DMC color guide
My next project after school lightens up is to re-map PC-stitch to these screen shots. Should at least make some of the greens and greys better; if I can't figure out how to post my re-mapped version, I'll post the color values I end up with.

Re: DMC color guide
I was browsing the DMC website and I found that they have a .pdf version of their colour card! I already gave in an bought the colour card more than a year ago (I find it quite handy) but I thought I would share the file here in case anyone wanted to try using a digital reference instead.
Warning: Even the printed colour card is not 100% representative of all of the colours. The colours on the digital version may also be affected by your screen. Please double check your colours at the store! (though ohmygosh it is so much easier when you already have a good idea of which colours you will need)

Re: DMC color guide
Very handy (especially if you're me and you don't want to have to dig out your color guide all the times you need it )...thanks!
