I figured out recently how to map your own floss colors in PCStitch, and I just took a picture of my perler beads in the sun (to get the most true representation) and then put them into a PCStitch Floss set.
I think I've grabbed the right hidden file to share this palette with you; on Windows 7 if you have hidden files shown, it's in C:/ProgramData/PCStitch 10/Flosses
This isn't all possible perler colors, just the ones I have, which I have labeled as:
Orange, Kiwi Green, Peach, Plum, Pink, Cheddar, Butterscotch, Clear, Grey, Green, Toothpaste, Tan, Turquoise, Yellow, White, Raspberry, Purple, Red, Sand, Rust, Brown, Glow Yellow, Glow Pink, Glow Blue, Glow Orange, Hot Coral, Light Blue, Light Brown, Dark Green, Dark Blue, Dark Grey, Parrot Green, Pastel Purple, Blueberry, Blush, Black, Neon Yellow, Neon Orange, Neon Green, Neon Pink, and Pastel Green
It probably still isn't perfect since some amount is done by eye, but it's better than trying to use DMC colors to match.
If anyone tries this file and it isn't the right one, let me know and I'll dig around some more.
Since the forum won't let me upload the file type, its at http://file.eknightmusic.com/999.col
