1,223 days after I've started stitching, I finished this pattern!
Thank you for the pattern, I found it about 3.5 years ago... and been slowly working through it ever since. I thought I could finish in about 2 years, but I had to change projects a couple of times. Everyone thought I was mad and would never finish it. This was the second pattern I started after taking a 14 year hiatus from cross stitching. Me and my fiance got engaged about a week after I started stitching this. We have set three wedding dates, and due to various reasons, those dates passed without a wedding. When our (most planned) wedding (attempt) was postponed due to the 'rona, I joked it was because I hadn't finished this yet and it was the world telling us we weren't allowed to get married until this project was finished.
