Hi everyone I've just finished designing a pattern similar to the epic pokemon 1st gem Cs but have gone for a more nosalgic route using only the red and blue sprites.
Here is an image (apologies for the poor quality but my computer is acting up and this was taken via iPhone.
I'm currently designing the stitch pattern atm and will upload it when I can
EDIT: just uploaded a better shot (still grainy unfortunely)

Looks nice! Although I do have to ask, where did you get the colors? I'm pretty sure R/B were monochrome.

Re: Pokemon 1st gen nostalgic Pattern.
I found someone who had recoloured the first gen and I took to work dissecting and removing the White background before transferring each sprite to my chosen background tapestry. A few sprites needed a touch up but all in all it wasn't too hard just time consuming.Mishatu wrote:Looks nice! Although I do have to ask, where did you get the colors? Link to the image is broken, and I don't think the OP ever uploaded a pattern - sorry!
