Re: JAN/FEB Challenge - Portraits!
God, I can't believe I made it!!
I had to deprive myself of sleep to finish on time... I'm not kidding, I had 5-6 hours of sleep every night (even on the weekend) for the last 8 days... I generally sleep 8-10 hours per night... XD I don't know how to hell I can still function, I feel confused a lot I have to admit... Not the greatest plan to be efficient at work (which I need to be currently, under a tight deadline...)
I wanna point out this was my first time using mat boards (and it sure as hell shows it was my first time... XD). I even got one of the angled mat board cutter, but I don't know if I'm too retarded at the moment or it's hard to handle, it was impossible to cut straight with it... So I got mad and just used my x-acto.
My entry is based off of Phantasy Star III, which is a horrendous game (seriously, play it, you'll see what I mean...), but is also a huge childhood video game for me. One of my childhood friend and I absolutely loved it when we were 9-10 years old. I think it's because it had a lot of female characters and being a little girl, it was nice to see so many female characters. It was also the only RPG she owned. (she was the one with the Genesis, I was the one with the SNES! D:) The story (or therefore lack of) was terrible, but we barely spoke more than 5 words of english at the time, so it didn't really matter! XD
The picture is horrible, I'll try to take a better one tomorrow, too freaking exhausted atm.

Re: JAN/FEB Challenge - Portraits!
Here's my entry.
(I'ts still february here...)
It's been done for about a week but I'm lazy with taking photos..
My portrait is a miniseries of subrosians and I did it as a tribute to my husband who ran a Zelda page for several years.
On this page he posted minigames (among lots of other things) that he made and one of them was the epic subrosian dance game.

I have one more of these amazing frames an will do a sprite of Link in "dancing mode" to put in the middle of the subrosians.

Lileya, your efforts are well worth it - beautiful work! Horrendous game, yes, but I still love it

This is going to be so difficult of a challenge to vote on. Everything is so good! Even those that I'm not familiar with I like.

Here is my entry, Oliver from Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.
Sadly I did not even start on Esther yet but the reason is promotion at work so hooray.

I'm sure everyone reads the main page blog, but just in case you missed it, I made sure that every entry in this challenge made it to the blog. They were all fantastic entries. And if somehow I missed someone, please let me know!
