Sprite Stitch Board!

Five years ago, a weblog was started to share with the world one person's interest in stitching and crafting sprites and video game related items. Today that blog is one of, if not the foremost video game crafting sites on the internet, complete with a thriving crafty forum community!
Since I started following the blog, and then joining the forums, I can't believe how much Sprite Stitch has grown and changed!

So, for this first week-long(ish) mini challenge, I want you to make something for Sprite Stitch's birthday! Pretty much anything birthday related goes! You would be advised to keep it relatively small though

Challenge ends on 4th Nov. Best of luck!

I'm already enjoying this... a hurricane is on its way here and I'm trying to stitch something up as quickly as I can so I can post a picture before we inevitably lose power (possibly for days). It's a race against time haha!

I haven't been on Sprite Stitch for a while (graduated, moved and started my first real job!) but I'm back in time for the party
This mini challenge is perfect for me to get stitching again, so I made a pattern and I'm starting on it now!

Oops, I meant for the end date to be 4th Nov! I blame continuing illness (my tonsillitis is back! )

Such fun! Got an idea and a pattern...now to just find the box with my stitching supplies and I should be able to whip this out in a couple hours

Well, I did it! I actually finished stitching last night, and I was hoping to get to Michaels for a few things today but I couldn't make it. Soooo, I had to make do with what I had, which is why I ended up drawing balloons with the only two sharpie colors I could find in my room lol :]
