Congrats Sauteed Pikachu.
I'm fairly sure I didn't vote in this. Principal and all, but I've showed the entries to a number of my friends and even among them your entry was very popular.
A runner up among them, believe it or not, was fire flower, and I sort of agree. It was simple and basic, but it did the job.
Personally I liked the perler bead one (chrono trigger fan here) but it would have been biased if I voted for it based on that. Ironed well either way.
They also liked the kirby mic entry but agreed that it was far too messy and wrinkled. A good washing and pressed with a book would have done the trick there.
Personally also I liked the bag. I've been working on my halloween costume with lots of felt and I greatly respect the amount of time and patience it takes to cut things properly.

yes, good ironing and a nice clear well lit photo goes a long way to showing your hard work properly. a lot of people spend hours and hours and hours only to take a bad cell phone photo of the work for submission...

Yeah, I suck at framing and taking photos of my work...
And in this case it got put on the back burner after I finished it....that's something I definitely need to improve on for the next challenge!

Did you not vote for yourself Sinrith!!! Even those in an election would vote for themselves. At least you would definitely have one vote!!

And THAT (above) is one of the reasons the winner of the challenge should NOT be decided in a poll where the submitters can vote in
Haha, hopefully, eventually, there can still be some other way of deciding the winner, though I think at this point we're still a bit small for it.
For the kirby mic submission, the picture itself was very good quality, just the fact that it wasn't washed. Actually, the only 'bad' pic I see is the perler bead one because the lighting looks yellow (probably just the result of it being indoors) and even that isn't too bad.
