Yep the tonberry is on plastic canvas. It's a 14ct canvas that I got at Michaels, it was the smallest one I could find. I love it!

As an aside, I installed the Windows 7 beta. It has nice features but now Gimp no longer works properly. Any other suggestions for a free picture editing program?

Seriously, how do you all stitch so fast?

I just put on episodes of my favorite show and stitch away. I actually need to clock the time somehow, I know when Babylon 5 is over I've been stitching for an hour lol. If I don't put show's on I lose all track of time and I could end up stitching for like 8 hours....it's happened before.

So far through the work on that stitch I've completed the Twilight Series, the Dresden Files, and most of Nix's Abhorsen series. Also, some Harry Potter.


That, and I get some done at work.
