First you have to upload your image, from any of the options listed below:
Once uploaded find the "edit" toolbar at the top of the webpage (Not your web browsers edit toolbar) and select "Image Size":
You must then specify your image dimensions. The maximum allowed dimensions are 650 tall by 500 wide. If possible try to constrain the dimensions.
Pixlr can also do a variety of image editing, such as cropping, light/dark effects and image making.
Once done save your file on your computer. You can then upload the image to the website.

Click the link to go to the website. This website sends the resized image to your email account.
Browse for your file. You must then select the size you want. In this example you must choose a size which is less than 650 x 500 (Portrait) or 500 x 650 (Landscape). You can also rotate the image if needed.
Click ok, and you will be prompted for your email. After a few seconds the image will arrive. Save it to your computer and you can then upload it to the forum.

How to resize images in paint!
This guide is done in XP, although all windows systems use the same method.
First open your image up (the default program is paint).
Look to the top right, and click "Image" then go down to "Stretch/Skew". You could also press Ctrl and W at the same time whilst paint is open. You must then specify the strech percentage. Reduce the dimensions equally until the size of the image is at maximum 650 tall by 500 wide.
To find out your image size you must click "OK" and then place the cursor in the bottom right corner. The size will then be displayed under it.
