Pac-Mania (completed!)
Hello everybody, this is my first attempt to show my works! I've been stitching since I was a child, but I've never done anything videogame-inspired until a month ago. I've been in a Pac-Man frenzy lately, thanks to LittleMojo's huge pattern and to Johloh's sampler, so I've decided to post the pics of my works. It looks like ALL of my friends are having babies lately, and Pac-Man is always a safe bet as a bib subject
P.S.: Are the pics too big? Should I shrink them more next time?

Re: Pac-Mania
You could resize them more. It's easy enough to do.
I love them, The bibs are really lovely and the massive project is coming along GREAT! I found the pacman pattern in my files. I must have saved it from mojo's site ages ago and forgot about it!! If anyone wants I can post the pattern.

Pics look great to me. I love the use of black aida for the big pattern - it already looks amazing. Are you using DMC colors? I found that 3843 looked spectacular as the maze. (But I may be biased since it's one of my favorite thread colors)

Yes, it's DMC colors, although the blue I'm using for the maze is 798 (Delft Blue). 3843 would have probably made a stronger contrast with the black background, but I'm following LittleMojo's advice here!Schala-Kitty wrote:Pics look great to me. Re: Pac-Mania
The bibs are adorable and the Pacman game shot looks FANTASTIC!
More on the first bib a black outline on the sprites would look really sharp.
