This is an homage to the original Gameboy. It is 160 x 144 squares (the same as the original Gameboy screen) and I had it matted in a dark grey frame matte and a light grey frame to reference the colors of the Gameboy. I used light green 14 count aida cloth and black and two shades of green (3345 and 470 were the string numbers). I referenced my favorite games as well as Rankers top 25 games. I created the pattern myself using photoshop and www.spriters-resource.com.

Very cool... I've thought about doing a gameboy themed stitch, but I couldn't find colors that looked good. This looks good though! I think I might have to reconsider, and get some green thread soon!
