my story is the same as pyper and digitlanalog. definitely more of a lurker than a poster and these dragons gave me a reason to post more. -sigh- the pain of being a shy introverted person

Do either of you know why almost every name I try to give my dragons are rejected? They're not bad words >.< I can't figure it out.

i had that problem too, at first, but then i figured it was because some other dragon on the site already had that name. nothing confirmed, but that's my thought on it. what i basically did was start thinking really creatively. having multiple words like "red monster" or something to that effect might be more readily acceptable.

Re: So, I see you like dragons?
I had the same problem and as Carand88 said, its most likely that the name is just already taken. I haven't chosen a main name i want for my dragon family yet, but as a place holder I tried to use "Key" every name I chose with Key was taken, but using "Keys" has given me no problem.

hrm, I see. They should really change the warning message - I could not figure out why "seafoam" (among others) was considered a bad word! :)

As you can tell from my post count, I also tend towards lurkerdom But it's pretty clever to use dragons as posting encouragement
I found a couple of older threads with cross-stitched Dragon Cave dragons:

Anyone seen any others?

i've made tons of patterns from these dragons. i've posted a few of them on my deviantart and blog. i've only managed to find one of them finished, though.
