Yeahhhhhhh I was healing up well then I had a setback with it during Easter weekend so I'm back about six weeks in my healing! I am having zero luck this year!
Good news is I got the forums to work on my phone a bit

I'm pretty much all good regarding my back! There's still a little twinge now and then and I still have sciatica but it's mostly gone back to the kind that I'm used to
As for the rest of my body - it's still not 100% and I don't think it ever will be, but it's much better than it has been. hopefully soon I'll have my stoma reversed and my hernia fixed so that I can be a bit more normal (whatever that means!)
If I develop any more weird health issues I'll let you all know
