I got the sprites, and made the exact image I want, but I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong when I try to convert it to a pattern in KG-Chart...
Would someone be willing to convert this little image to a pattern for me, please? Maybe for you the background right behind Mario/Yoshi won't turn to a funky green, with all the nuances gone, and poor looking like he's got a skin condition. Maybe I'm just hoping for more DMC colors than actually exist? Who knows...
Regardless, thanks in advance for your help.
(Picture this on black 18 count aida... just like it's doing that final zoom-in/out at the end of the level - one of my favorites of that game.)

Don't have much experience yet with KG-Chart but here's my attempt.
I assume this is what you were getting before. KG seems to default to black where the image is empty and can make the colors of the dark areas come out funny. This is what I got after I placed a white background under the image. Also changed the main green in Yoshi from 701 to the slightly brighter 702/kelly green.
