Classic Gameboy Clock *with pictures!*

Post by SamRI »

So...I do not have internet until this coming wednesday (mooching net at the girlfriend's house), but decided to share with all of you my project that I completed over the past week. Pictures will follow...when my internet comes up.

My project:

Take an old non-working Gameboy (the "brick" :gb ) and turn it into a clock. Clock was from Goodwill, as was the gameboy. I kept all the pieces from the original Gameboy to make sure that it looked untouched as possible...least, from the outside. I also soldered in LED's, so when you hit the original Gameboy power switch...the clock lights up! (The switch is backwards though...as in you turn it "off" and it lights up, and vice-versa)

Anyways, I can't wait to put pictures of it online! I hope you all will like it!

[2nd EDIT]: A friend and I's blog: http://craft-add.blogspot.com/ (has more of mine and her's stuff on it...for those who care :pac )

[EDIT] PICTURES!!
