Upcycled Mario T-shirt Backpacks

Post by BritRo »

Had some old shirts laying around, and after seeing my aunt do these with a shirt my cousin couldn't part with.
Why not?

I would love a pattern as well, maybe I can convince my boyfriend to give up some of those old t-shirts if I can turn them into something useful.

Very cute! I love the black and white image I've never seen that one before.

Thanks guys!

I don't have a pattern, no.
When I do projects like these I always wing it and just do things as I go along.
All I have is a piece of paper of the shape I cut out so all the fabric is the same size.

I actually just found out that one of my shirts just shrunk in the wash and is a little too tight on me now, so maybe when I get some more supplies I will make a tutorial (to the best of my ability, I'm REALLY bad at explaining how to make things.)

When I make the tutorial I'll be sure to post it up here for you guys, it's extremely easy to make and great for carrying video games around in.

I think I will be using mine for some Disney trips.
