A Very Geeky Christmas

My brand new christmas tree star. I havent had one since I bought my tree. This year I decided it was time to get one! :yahoo:

Its 10 inches by 10.5 inches and is done on 7point needlepoint mesh.

It looks great! Now you need some sort of mario ornament jumping for the star :D

Thanks for the awesome comments ;D. I love the idea of Mario jumping for the star! I'm totally making a design tonight so I can start it tomorrow. I'm going to put Mario on one side and Luigi on the other so it looks like an epic battle :grin:

Although I have no idea how long this will take me considering I just promised a friend of mine I would do one for him as a Christmas gift. His wife refused to do it and swore she wouldn't put it on the tree so now I'm going to be super sneaky and make it a gift so he can play the "but its my Christmas gift (insert puppy dog eyes)" ploy.
