Sprite Stitch Board!

Hey folks...

This is my first post over here... Since I ran into your forums looking for advice on floss for my Cross Stitching other half... We're both definitely cratfy people... But she's the sitcher, and I'm more a metal worker... My most recent project, however, is relevent to this board, muchly so...

So without further ado...


Inspired by (shamlessly ripped from) the original NES 'Legend of Zelda' title screen... Sorry about the image quality... I'll work on a better one (there's closeups of the individual letters below, however...)

Actually, hanging around here, and surfing has inspired me to pick up crosstitch as well...
I'll be posting some of that in the coming weeks, I think

This is great! I've seen chainmail craft several times but I'm still amazed at the amount of work that seems to go into it.

I had a friend in high school who took it upon himself to craft a chainmail shirt. Having seen the work that went into the process (and never having seen the finished result because it was such a lengthy undertaking), I have to say I am very impressed with your project.

Do you know what you'll do with it now that it's finished?

Do you know a good tutorial on how to do this?
