Sculpey Mario Magnets!

Post by joyousgard »

This is my first post on here! I've loved everything you've all done and gotten so much inspiration already for all sorts of video game crafts.

My fiance is a maaaaaaajor retro-game fan, so when he bought his new house I made these out of Sculpey to decorate the fridge. It was really my first time working with Sculpey, so I think they turned out pretty good considering.

Nice. I think my favorite is the mushroom.

hehe I think the mushrooms came out the worst! I liked the Goomba and Bob-omb the best. Thanks for commenting :-)

You know, I really like the style of these. I don't know if you did that on purpose, but they're very unique-looking, yet consistent among themselves. We all do a lot of replicating digital media exactly around here, so the interpretive look of your Sculpies stands out. ^__^

yes! i liked the nes-controller the most. it's the irregularity that's make them absolutely brilliant.
one button is bigger than the other. absolutely brilliant.
I love the smell of melted perler beads in the morning
