This is my 2nd biggest project EVER! Made out of 1/4 inch foam board and hand painted.

Great idea
Do you just use Elmer's glue to put it together or is there some kind of special glue to use with foam board?
Never would have thought to use a jar inside. That makes sense.

Funny story.
I thought that since the foam was plastic I could just use plastic cement. [2 Hours later] "Oh no!" Apparantly the plastic cement actually MELTED the foam instead of gluing it!
Anyway, to answer your question, no. I used tacky glue (More commonly known as craft glue). And, no, there is not a special glue to ... well, glue foam. (I wish) Anyway I hope that answers your question.

Note: this is the rough color placement stage which means that I will touch up and smooth the paint edges when I'm done

the rough color placement but having it all colored kinda looks cool to me, tho i'm sure when it has solid lines and stuff it'll look cool too!

All rough painting done! Now all I have to do is touch it up a bit here and there.
Note: I am not planning on selling this, but if anyone would like to buy it from me at this stage please tell me.

It's not a geek thing. It's a Canadian thing.
Loonies are one dollar coins here. =P
