Sprite Stitch Board!

I made these for my friend's 30th birthday. Instead of making a standard cake, I made 6 big Portal Cakes and 24 mini ones. I got the idea from SnackorDie. I kept telling my friend there *might* be cake at the party. Except they're not cake, they're cookies.
He seriously thought they were little cakes so when he bit into them and found chocolate chip cookies, the look on his face was priceless. The cake is STILL a lie.

I am not a good cook, so it took a couple of tries to get the cakes just right. Thankfully, cookie dough was on sale. The big ones were made in full-size muffin tins so they have enough sugar and chocolate in them to send you into a seizure on contact, but they were GOOD.

I love the portal cakes!!! I've never played the game but the cakes look great!!

I'm glad you had more success with the minis than I did! haha I forgot they were in the oven all together and they were burned to a crisp. Functional, but not edible. The Zelda cake (also found on SnackorDie) took too much work for me to really worry about whether or not we could actually eat the lies.

Aaaahaha the Zelda cake is awesome, mostly because it's so dodgy looking! FTW indeed.
