nes rug

Post by Batboard »

So I tuned up my old nes system, new 72 pin connector, a good cleaning, ect... And I needed something to go with the new retro gaming area in my spare room and decided to make a rug. Im wondering though if I should try to trim the shagginess down and kinda clear up the image, or just leave it as is. The shagginess is quite nice, and once I cut it...thats it, no turning back. What do ya think????
BTW, thats just fuzzys from the yarn, I don't have dirty carpet.....

I think it looks great. You can tell what it is, and I think the "shabbiness" of it really adds to the look. Also, it looks really soft on one's feet. :D

Definately keep it as it is, fluffy = awesome!

Also, would love to see pics of this retro gaming zone!! :D

Well, its still messy.....very messy. I have a spare room that is a gym, music studio, storage, library, and game room all in one. So you can see how orginization is key.... but Ill work on it some more and get a pic asap.... I need a bigger place.

Absolutely fantastic rug, this.

If only any local vendors sold ones like this! :D

I must put in a vote for not trimming the pile - it looks perfect in its current fluffy form.
