It would be next to impossible to do ANYTHING with them!!! I remember the one time I had (long) fake nails (though not as long as those ones): I felt like I was disabled! I couldn't stitch, but I wasn't able to open a can or a bottle either! I couldn't do the simplest things with my hands! I needed help for about everything that required my hands (typing, cooking, simply holding something!!!) The only thing I could do with my nails was to scratch!
It was quite frustrating.
