This quilt is made of awesome and win, and if I had it I would totally put it on my bed and love it and hug it and name it George.
I have to agree with you! This is EPIC! My mom just got into quilting. Maybe if I beg and pay for all the materials I can convince her she needs to make this since I don't have a sewing machine or know how to quilt.

Brandi_Oliver wrote:I have a picture that I would love to make into a Quilt like this. Can you please advise me on how you were able to figure out the squares? Is there a program that you can use to do it with? If so what is the name of it? I love the Quilt you made and so does my son so that is why I need to know how you figured out the squares. :good:
for my quilts, i get an image of a grid off the internet, put it in MS paint, and colour in the squares one by one. there might be a program that will do it for you, but this method gives you a lot of control over the size and position of the image. best of luck!

That quilt is full of win! I love it! You did a really amazing job on it. Makes me want to break out my sewing machine and try to quilt something. Though I've never quilted before. Doesn't look too hard with the blocks. Just time consuming I suppose. But again, absolutely amazing job on that quilt!!! <3

That quilt is awesome! I love it!

Hmmm .... my sister quilts ..... wonder what it would take to convince her that I need an awesome mario or zelda quilt? :D
I think so, Brain, but can the gummi worms really live in peace with the marshmallow chicks?
I think so, Brain, but if they called them "sad meals" nobody would buy them.

That quilt is simply amazing! Great job! :good:
Almost makes me question whether I should get me a sewing machine and switch to quilting. I wouldn't mind a Zelda version of this...

Zelda Afghan (on hold until winter)
