Metroid Plush

Oops, I forgot one my favorite completed projects: Metroid hat! Making it was a bit of a pain; its big (for my hand-sew projects) and at one point, had the claws sewed on the wrong way. But it turned out excellent. Here are a few shots of it, modeled by my bear.
I apologize if its hard to tell, but it does fit me wonderfully. I just can't get a good shot of it on my own head. Its hand-sewn fleece, and there's a stap of elastic in the band.

Love it! Your hat - and your plushies - are awesome!

I bookmarked the guide to making these at metroidhat.com but haven't got around to making one yet - I want to make one for my daughter's lil head (need to scale the sizes down obviously).

Wow, these look really well done. I'm completely envious of your skills! I tried making stuffed sock animals once, and couldn't even operate the sewing machine.

Edit: I typed "sawing machine". Heh.
